Ali graduated from medical school at Azad University in Iran. After 3 years of practicing as a GP, he did a master degree in Molecular Genetics in Sweden and started to work as a research assistant in McGill University for 2 years. Soon after, he realized that he is missing patient interaction and the clinical aspect of his job! Then he decided to go back to school! He finished the 3-year chiropody program at Michener Institute in Toronto. Since then, he used to work as a chiropodist in Regent Park CHC, Dufferin Area Family Health Team, and Bolton Family Foot Care clinic before he took over Orangeville Foot Clinic. He also has the Soft Tissue Surgery and Injection certification from Guelph University.
Rebecca graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology. It was at York University where she discovered her interest in the biomechanics of the foot and pathologies that can arise from comorbidities. Rebecca graduated from the Chiropody program at the Michener Institute of Education at UHN and is currently teaching as clinical faculty in the Chiropody department. She also has had experience in public community health care and private clinical settings. She is a registered member in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, a member of the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CFPM) and a member of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists (OSC).
