Plantar Fibromatosis

Plantar fibromatosis is a condition in which firm soft tissue nodules develop within the plantar fascia on the bottom of the foot. These lumps may or may not be painful, depending on their size and location.

Management depends on symptoms and clinical findings. Treatment options may include conservative care to reduce pressure and discomfort, injection therapy, or referral to appropriate specialists for surgical consideration when indicated.

A clinical assessment can help determine the most appropriate management plan for your individual needs.
